PASTOR AND MRS WARD

   Geoffrey Ward was born in the town of Lisburn, Northern Ireland. He has been married to Brenda from 1967, they have two married daughters, Susan who is married to Mark and Sharon who is married to John. They have four grandchildren, Joshua, Emily, Sophie and Caleb.

   Geoffrey came to saving faith in Christ as a young man of eighteen years old. After giving himself to the study of God's Word he spent some years as a lay preacher before entering the ministry in August 1980.

   His first Church was Ballee Baptist Church, Ballymena of which he was Pastor from 1980 - 1987. He received a call to Kilkeel Baptist Tabernacle in 1987 and remained there until 2001 when he was invited to Pastor the Baptist Church a t Portrush. He has ministered in other parts of the world, i.e. Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Nepal, and India.
