COMBINED BIBLE STUDY AND PRAYER MEETING

    It has been the practice of our Church down through the years to meet each Tuesday at 7.30pm for a combined Bible Study and Prayer Meeting. We are mindful of the goodness of God to us through the faithful ministry of His Word by His servants past and present, and return our praise and thanks to Him. 

    We start by singing a hymn of praise to God, then Pastor Ward would open in prayer and then spend approximately 45 minutes preaching on the Bible Study subject. We would then spend another 45 minutes in our time of prayer. Since Pastor Ward came to the Church on January 2001 he has completed Bible Study Series from the book of Hebrews, Ephesians, Daniel and 1 & 2 Thessalonians.  There are times when members from our fellowship and invited speakers would minister God's Word to us when Pastor Ward is away.

    The Bible Studies usually runs from October to May and during that period we also would invite missionaries on deputation work to come along to tell us of the ongoing work of God in those needy countries worldwide.

    During the months of June, July and first two weeks in August each Tuesday (weather permitting) the Church is involved in open air Gospel outreach at various locations in Portrush, returning to the Church for our time of prayer. 

    We would encourage you to come and join with us and share in the blessings from God when  we gather to hear the ministry of God's Word faithfully proclaimed, and speak to the Lord in our time of prayer.
